I’m passionate about helping people understand their home financing options so they can make smart, confident financial decisions when buying a home.

My approach comes from two sides of the table: the financial foundation of my training and education as a CPA, combined with 28 years of boots-on-the-ground experience in the mortgage industry. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with many families, helping each of them understand their choices and find the home financing solution that truly fits their goals—not simply the first loan option that comes along.

I believe home financing should make sense. My job is to educate, explain the “why” behind the numbers, and help you see the bigger financial picture so you can make a decision you feel good about long after closing day.

When I’m not taking mortgages, you’ll usually find me cruising the Chesapeake Bay on my boat, making turns down a mountain out West, hiking a trail, or happily working in my flower garden. I’m usually happiest with a little dirt on my boots. 😊

My dog is happiest when we’re walking around town or heading out on the boat together. He’s not quite a true water dog...yet.
